In addition to a full-time office and on-going business mailing address, association clients have access to ample telephone lines with voice mail, a dedicated Fax phone line, postage meter and high speed DSL cable for e-mail and Internet connection.
Software available to TEAM staff includes: Microsoft Office XP - Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Access and Publisher, ACT! 2009 (database software), Quickbooks Pro 2009, Microsoft Office for e-mail, WinFax for mass fax capabilities, Adobe Acrobat, Lifeline 2003 (fund raising management system). TEAM maintains all software applications in their latest version. Electronic data is protected by anti-virus software and updated on a daily basis.
To provide a full range of services, TEAM maintains strategic alliances with several area vendors for pricing advantage and dedicated service. These vendors provide marketing and website development, full-service printing, and bulk mailing services. To ensure that associates receive continuous education opportunities, TEAM is a member of the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives.
TEAM associates work together to best serve clients by continually sharing best practices. Working with association leaders, we develop timelines to foresee and prioritize all administrative needs. TEAM's file management standards dictate that all electronic files are backed up on a regular basis and paper files are archived in compliance with State requirements. TEAM provides website management, along with managing communications - verbal and electronic. TEAM also provides money management capabilities, including automated accounts payable and receivable, reporting and management of event income and expense reports.
