Becky Fisher, President
Becky brings veteran leadership and association management knowledge acquired as a 25 year professional in the field. She continues to evolve the processes and efficiencies of TEAM through constant innovation in systems and technology. Becky began her association management career by launching Fisher Professional Business Services in 1986 (renamed TEAM and incorporated in 2001). As an active member of her business community, she has taken on many volunteer leadership roles with the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce, the East Mequon Business Council, and even as Chair of the Family Fun Before the Fourth event; an Independence Day celebration boasting almost 25,000 in attendance annually.

Tracy Greymont, Account Manager
Tracy excels in database management and has a strong communication background. With a talent and desire for continual process improvement, she works diligently with our associations and within TEAM to automate routine processes and improve efficiency. Tracy is also gifted in graphic design, and enjoys the creative side of print and electronic communication. Prior to joining TEAM, she brings eight years of experience in human resource management, with a focus on recruiting and process improvement.

Debra Pass, Account Manager
With over 20 years of experience administering associations and educational institutions, Debra brings great depth in volunteer management, event planning, publication development and management, and community outreach. Debra has a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to overall program and organizational success.

Cheryl Pawelski, Account Manager
Cheryl joined TEAM with over 18 years of experience in accounting from both the public and private sector, and holds an Associate Degree in Accounting. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, these qualities translate into reliable financial management and reporting for our client association's with precision and efficiency.

Jane Wucherer, Account Manager
Jane's career in association management focuses on several areas of expertise including membership management, meeting and event planning, financial management, and initiative implementation. She supports the daily operations of many of our client organizations, and excels in partering with Board and Committee Members in support of their group's individual goals and needs. As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (Oshkosh) in 2000, Jane also has a talent and passion for website management.
