TEAM MANAGEMENT, ASSOCIATES CAPABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Becky Fisher, President founded Fisher Professional Business Services (FPBS) in 1986; incorporated and renamed the company as TEAM, Inc., The Experts in Association Management, in 2001. Since then, TEAM has more than quadrupled its client base and staff.
FPBS was originally focused on secretarial, association management and a daytime telephone answering service. In 1991 Becky purchased a new, fledgling local advertising print publication, Inside Mequon. Due to the success of Inside Mequon, Becky sold the telephone answering service that year, which had reached 100 customers, as well as the secretarial service. In 1996, Becky sold Inside Mequon. Since that time, TEAM operations have been focused on Association Management and Event Management services.

Chairman of Family Fun Before the Fourth 1990 - 1995
As an annual July 4th celebration for residents in Mequon and Thiensville, Family Fun is a free event with food vendors, volunteer concession, major raffle, entertainment all day and fireworks. Becky also assisted in fund raising. In 1995 Becky strongly encouraged hiring an Executive Director, then participated in obtaining one. The event continues to be successful today. Annual attendance is estimated at 20,000-25,000.

Tracy Greymont, Account Manager Tracy brings to TEAM eight years of experience in human resources, primarily focused on recruiting and process improvement. Tracy's benefit to TEAM is a strong communication background with attention to detail and a desire for continual process improvement. She is a strong believer in documenting processes to standardize and make performing routine tasks more efficient. Tracy is also experienced in desktop publishing and enjoys the creative side of design and layout. She excels at database management ensuring records are accurate and consistent for reporting purposes.

Sheila Tumanic, Account Manager
Sheila joined TEAM in September 2005. Her prior 24 years in management and administration provided her with extensive customer service training and software experience, with proficiency in spreadsheet applications, database management, web design and maintenance, and IT issues. Sheila also has experience in publishing, meeting planning, and survey and event management.

Debra Pass, Account Manager
Debra has over 20 years of experience working with associations and educational institutions. She is experienced in volunteer management, event planning, publications and community outreach. Debra has a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to overall program and organizational success.

Amy Gerow, Account Manager
Amy has twelve years of experience in meeting planning/event coordination and 16 years of experience in not-for-profit organizations and association management. Her strengths include, excellent adaptability to change, effective management of multiple events and projects, detail oriented, team focused, self-directed work style with superior customer service skills, as well as a constant focus on the customer and quality management practices. She is highly organized, has effective problem solving skills, strong verbal communication skills and business writing experience.

Linda Mallwitz, Account Manager
Linda comes to TEAM with a background in marketing, design, advertising and customer relations. Linda has a strong work ethic and is extremely creative.
